Every piece is printed to order for you. Nothing sits in a warehouse, so each order goes through a short build before it ships. We email you at every stage.

Rates and delivery times

Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and can run longer around holidays.
Duties and taxes
US orders include any sales tax shown at checkout. Outside the US, your country may charge import duties or VAT when the parcel arrives. Those are set by your local customs office and paid by the recipient.
Address and tracking
Check your shipping address before you pay. Orders move into production fast, so we can only change the address within 1 hour of ordering. Your tracking link arrives in the Deployed email, and you can also follow your order from the link in your confirmation email.
Lost or damaged parcels
If a parcel arrives damaged or never arrives, email us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll make it right. See the Exchanges & Returns policy for the details.
