Privacy, in plain text.
Regex (“we”) is a small apparel brand based in Israel that sells at regexwear.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We collect the minimum we need to make and ship your order. We never sell your data for money.
What we collect
- Order details: your name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number if you give one, and what you bought.
- Payment: handled entirely by PayPal. We never see or store your full card number.
- Messages: anything you send to team@regexwear.com.
- Site usage: basic technical data such as device and browser type, used to keep the site fast and working. Visit and ad measurement happen only if you allow them (see Cookies below). The contents of your bag are kept in your own browser.
Why we use it
- To make, ship and support your order, including the emails at each order stage.
- To handle exchanges, replacements and questions.
- To meet tax, accounting and legal duties.
- To send marketing email, only if you opt in. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.

These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States, under their own safeguards. We share only what each one needs to do its job.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, usually 7 years. Support emails are kept for up to 2 years after the conversation ends.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to show you, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to stop marketing emails. Residents of the EU, UK, California and Israel have these rights by law, and we extend them to everyone. Email team@regexwear.com with “Privacy” in the subject line and we'll answer within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Cookies and similar tech
We sort them into three groups. You choose with the banner on your first visit, and you can change your mind anytime with Privacy choices at the bottom of every page.

Nothing in the Analytics or Marketing groups loads until you allow it. If you choose “Necessary only”, the store works exactly the same.
Your privacy choices (US residents)
We don't sell personal data for money. If you allow Marketing cookies, some US state laws, including California's, may treat ad measurement as “sharing”. You can opt out anytime by choosing “Necessary only” in Privacy choices. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out automatically. We won't treat you differently for using any privacy right.
Children
Regex isn't aimed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
