Liquidity left the context.
Plenty of AI tokens. A rather different picture in the bank account.

The model budget looks impressive until another bill arrives. For builders whose resources are abundant in one unit and noticeably less abundant in the one rent accepts.
Clean front. Loud back. A small REGEX wordmark sits on the chest, with the main line across the back. One ink per garment. Comes in Black with white ink or White with black ink.
The joke, explained
AI systems often measure text processing in tokens, with usage allowances or charges tied to that unit. Token rich suggests plenty of model capacity, while cash poor means limited spendable money. The joke borrows the shape of a wealth statement and fills it with an awkward mismatch.
For the builder with generous context and a modest cash balance.

Questions
Which kind of token is making this person rich?
The joke points to AI usage tokens, the units used to process text. Having access to them does not automatically mean having money available for everyday expenses.
Would someone paying model bills get the joke?
Yes. A builder balancing model usage with a real cash budget will recognize the mismatch. It is about different kinds of resources, with the bank account getting the last word.
