The product stays mysterious. The open roles are apparently fine to discuss. For founders who enjoy the small contradiction between saying little and recruiting loudly.
Clean front. Loud back. A small REGEX wordmark sits on the chest, with the main line across the back. One ink per garment. Comes in Black with white ink or White with black ink.
The joke, explained
Stealth mode means a startup is keeping details of its work private. Hiring usually requires telling potential teammates enough to interest them. The design places those impulses together: a declaration of secrecy immediately followed by an invitation for more people to join whatever is being kept secret.
For the founder with a secret product and a public jobs page.

Questions
Why is the hiring parenthetical a contradiction?
Stealth suggests keeping the company quiet, while recruiting asks outsiders to pay attention. The two can coexist, but placing them together exposes the funny tension in the announcement.
Would an early startup hire recognize this situation?
Someone recruited into a project with a carefully limited description should recognize it. The line captures the experience of hearing that the details are confidential but the team needs people.
